The first I heard Monocle magazine, it was referenced in a Lupe Fiasco song, “Gold Watch” and since then it’s become my favorite thing to read. Mainly because I don’t travel internationally and all the articles revolve around foreign cultures. What’s so special about the magazine is that the way the information is delivered is so creative  i.e. simple illustrations and some sick photography.
